குமரியின் மூக்குத்தி டிசம்பர், 1957, நன்றி:

ஒரு சமயம் பராந்தக பாண்டியன் என்னும் அரசன் பாண்டிய நாட்டை ஆண்டு வந்தான். அவனுடைய பட்டத்துத் தேவியாகிய உலக முழுதுடையாள் மூக்கில் அந்த மூக்குத்தி ஒளிவிட்டது. அவள் மதுரை மாநகரில் எழுந்தருளியிருக்கும் மீனட்சியம்மையை நாள்தோறும் தரிசிக்காமல் இருப்பதில்லை. மாதம் ஒரு முறை வெள்ளிக் கிழமையன்று இங்கே வந்து கன்னியாகுமரி யம்பிகையைத் தரிசித்துச் செல்வாள். அதுவரையில் இந்த மூக்குத்தி தாயிடமிருந்து பெண்ணுக்குத் தடையின்றி வந்து கொண்டே இருந்தது. இப்போது உலக முழுதுடையாளுக்கு மைந்தன் பிறந்தான். மறுபடி இரண்டு பிள்ளைகள் பிறந்தார்கள். அதற்குப் பெண்ணே பிறக்காமல் இருக்கவே அந்த மூக்குத்தி பல பேருடைய ஆசையைத் தூண்டியது. அவளுடைய மூத்த மகனாகிய அறிமர்த்தனனுடைய மனைவி அது தனக்குத்தான் கிடைக்கப் போகிறதென்று எண்ணியிருந்தாள். பட்ட மகிஷிக்குப் பெண் குழந்தை இல்லையாதலால், அந்த மூக்குத்தியைப் பெரும் உரிமை, அடுத்தபடி பட்டமகிஷி ஸ்தானம் வகிக்கப்போகும் தனக்குத்தான் என்று அவள் எண்ணியதில் நியாயம் இருக்கத்தான் இருந்தது. இந்த ஆசையை அவள் பேச்சுவாக்கில் ஒருநாள் அந்தப் புறத்தில் வெளியிட்டு விட்டாள். அதிலிருந்து தீப் பற்றிக் கொண்டது. பாண்டிய அரசர் காது வரைக்கும் அது சென்றது. உண்மையாகவே இது புதிய கலகத்துக்கு விதை என்று எண்ணி அவன் கவலைப்பட்டான்.

பட்டமகிஷிக்கு அடுத்த ராணிக்கு ஒரு மகள் இருந்தாள். “தாயிடமிருந்து மகளுக்குச் செல்வதுதான் சம்பிரதாயமே ஒழிய மருமகளுக்குப் போவது தவறு. மகாராணிக்குச் சொந்தப்பெண் இல்லாவிட்டாலும் பெண் முறையில் இருப்பவள் நான். என்னுடைய பெரியம்மாவுக்கு நான் பெண்தானே? ஆதலால், மூக்குத்தியைப் பெரும் உரிமை எனக்குத்தான்” என்றால் அவள்.

மற்றவர்கள் பார்த்தார்கள். தங்களுக்குக் கிடைக்காமல தங்களோடு இருக்கும் வேறு ஒருத்திக்குப் போவதாவது என்ற பொறாமை அவர்களுக்கு. அவர்கள் ஒரு கருத்தைச் சொன்னார்கள்.

“இந்த மூக்குத்தி ஒரே இடத்தில் இருக்கிறது. மூன்று சோழர் அரண்மனையிலும் பாண்டியர் அரண்மனையிலும் மாறி மாறி இருந்து வருகிறது. இங்கிருக்கும் பெண் அங்கே போனால் உடன் போயிற்று; அங்கிருக்கும் பெண் இங்கே வந்தால் உடன் வந்தது. இப்போது இங்கிருக்கும் பெண் அங்கே போக வழி இல்லை. பெண் இல்லையே ஒழிய மூக்குத்தி இருக்கிறது. அதனால், சோழ நாட்டு இளவரசனுக்கு யாரை மணம் புரிவிக்கிறார்களோ, அந்தப் பெண்ணுக்கே போக வேண்டியது இது” என்றார்கள்.

“கையில் இருப்பதை வேண்டாம் என்று கொடுத்து விடுவதா?” என்று உரிமை கொண்டாடியவர்களில் ஒருத்தி கேட்டாள்.

“அப்படி அன்று; அப்படிப் போனது மறுபடியும் அங்கிருந்து இங்கே பெண் வரும்போது இங்கேதானே வரப்போகிறது?” என்றால் மற்ற ராணிகளில் ஒருத்தி.

“அப்படியானால் என்னையே சோழகுலத்தில் வாழ்க் காயப்படுத்தி மூக்குத்தியையும் கொடுத்துவிடுவது” என்று இரண்டாம் ராணியின் பெண் சொன்னாள்.

“உன்னைச் சோழ இளவரசன் கல்யாணம் பண்ணிக் கொள்ள வேண்டுமே!” என்று மற்றவர்கள் சிரித்தார்கள்.

“ஏன், நான் முறையுடையவள் அல்லவா?”

“நன்றாகச் சொன்னாய்! பட்டமகிஷியின் வயிற்றில் பிறந்தாலொழிய உனக்கு முறை எப்படி உண்டாகும்?” என்று கேட்டாள் ஒருத்தி.

இப்படியாக மறுபடியும் அந்த மூக்குத்தி பாண்டியனுடைய அந்தப்புரத்தில் குழப்பத்தை விளைவித்தது. அரசி உலகமுழுதுடையாள் யோசனையில் ஆழ்ந்தாள். பராந்தக பாண்டியனுக்கு ஒன்றும் விளங்கவில்லை. “இப்போதே அதைப்பற்றிய கவலை எதற்கு?” என்று மேலுக்கு அவன் சொல்லிவிட்டான். ஆனாலும் நாளைக்கு இந்தச் சிக்கல் வந்தால் எப்படியாவது முடிவு காணத்தானே வேண்டும் என்ற கவலை மாத்திரம் அவன் உள்ளத்துள் இருந்தது.

மகாராணி இந்தச் சிக்களைப்பற்றி யோசித்தாள். ஒரு முடிவும் அவளுக்குத் தோன்றவில்லை. ஒரு நாள், வெள்ளிக் கிழமை, இங்கே தேவி கண்ணியாகுமரியைத் தரிசிக்க வந்திருந்தாள். “தாயே, இதற்கு நீதான் ஒரு வழி காட்ட வேண்டும்” என்று அவள் பிரார்த்தித்தாள். அப்போது தேவியின் மூக்கில் இருந்த மூக்குத்தி பழையதாகப் போனபடியால் கீழே விழுந்துவிட்டது. தான் பிரார்த்தனை செய்யும்போது அது விழவே, மகாராணி அதையே தேவியின் குறிப்பாக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டாள். அவள் உடம்பு புளகம் போர்த்தது. கண்ணீர் தாரை தாரையாக வந்தது. கீழே விழுந்து வணங்கி எழுந்தாள். சரசர வென்று தன மூக்குத்தியைக் கழற்றினாள். கங்கை நீர் அங்கே அபிஷேகத்துக்கு வைத்திருந்தார்கள். அதைக் கொண்டு வரச் செய்து இதைக் கழுவினாள். “தாயே, இதை நீ ஏற்றுக் கொள். பாண்டிய குலத்தால் காப்பாற்றப் பெரும் குமரியென்று ஒரு வியாஜத்தை வைத்துக்கொண்டாலும் உண்மையில் நீ எங்களைக் காப்பாற்றுகிறாய். உலகத்துக் கெல்லாம் தாயாகிய நீ பாண்டியனுக்குக் குமரியாக அவதாரம் செய்தாய். இன்னும் குமரியாகவே இருக்கிறாய். நீ தான் இதை எற்றுக்கொள்ளுவதற்கு உரிய குமரி. என்னைப் போன்றவர்கள் நாசியில் இது இருந்தால் உலக மணத்தோடு இனைந்து காமக் குரோத லோப மோக மத மாச்சரியங்களை உண்டாக்கும். உன் நாசியில் இருந்தால் ஞான மணம் வீசும். அரண்மனையும் குலமும் நாடும் மாறி மாறிச் சென்று நிலையின்றி வாழும் இதற்கு இனிமேல் நிலையுள்ள வாழ்வு கிடைக்கட்டும். எவள் எப்போதும் குமரியோ அவளை அடைந்தால் இதற்கு ஊர் சுற்றுகிற வேலை இல்லாமற் போய்விடும். தாயே! எங்கள் கவலை ஓய்ந்தது; சிக்கல் தீர்ந்தது. உடம்பிலுள்ள ஆதாரங்களில் உள்ள கிரந்திகளாகிய முடிச்சைப் பேதிக்கும் லலிதாம்பிகை அல்லவா நீ? இந்த முடிச்சையும் பேதித்து விட்டாய். தாயே! எங்கள் குலத்துக்குக் குமாரியே! எனக்கும் நீதான் குமாரி. இந்தா! நீ கன்னியாக இருந்தபடியே இந்தச் சீதனத்தை ஏற்றுக் கொள்” என்று கங்கையால் கழுவிய அதைத் தன் கண்ணீராலும் கழுவி அர்ச்சகர் கையில் அளித்தாள்.

அவர் பிரமித்துப் போனார். என்றும் இல்லாதபடி அம்பிகையின் பழைய மூக்குத்தி இன்று விழுந்தபோது உண்டான ஏக்கம் இப்போது நீங்கிவிட்டது. அது அம்பிகையின் திருநாசியில் நட்சத்திரத்தைபோல் ஒளிவிடத் தொடங்கியது.

பாண்டியன் இந்த முடிவை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டான். உலகமே ஏற்றுக்கொண்டது. அத்தகைய மூக்குத்தியை நீ உன் கண்ணாலும் கருத்தாலும் அழுக்கு ஆக்கலாமா? சொல். அது பாவம் அல்லவா?

பராக்கிரம பாண்டியன் கண்ணைத் திறந்து பார்த்தான். பதுமை விளக்கு ஒளிர்ந்துகொண்டே யிருந்தது. லலிதா சஹஸ்ரநாமம் முடியும் தருவாயில் இருந்தது. 993-ஆம் நாமமாகிய “ஓம் அஞ்ஞான த்வாந்த தீபிகாயை நம:” (அஞ்ஞானமாகிய இருட்டைப் போக்கும் தீபம் போல் உள்ளவள்) என்பதைச் சொல்லிக் குங்குமத்தை அம்மையின் திருவடியில் இட்டார் அர்ச்சகர்.

பாண்டியன் கண்ணில் நீர் அரும்பியது. “ஆம், தாயே! நீ என்ன அஞ்ஞானத்தை இப்போது போக்கிவிட்டாய். இந்த விளக்குப் போக்கியதா? நீதான் போக்கினாயா? அல்ளது உன் திருநாசியிலுள்ள அணி மாயையை உண்டாக்கிப் பின்பு துடைத்துவிட்டதா?- எனக்கு ஒன்றும் விளங்க வில்லை. நான் மனசால் பாவியாகிவிட்டேன். இதற்குப் பிராயச்சித்தம் செய்யத்தான் வேண்டும்” என்று சொல்லிக் கன்னத்தில் அறைந்துகொண்டான்.

“ஓம் லலிதாம்பிகாயை நம:” என்று அர்ச்சகர் அர்ச்சனையை நிறைவேற்றினார்.

பிறகு பாண்டியன் தான் செய்த அபசாரத்துக்குப் பிராயச்சித்தம் செய்தான். பல அரிய வைரங்களைத் தொகுத்து ஆபரணங்கள் செய்து அம்பிகைக்குப் பூட்டினான். அவன் தான் நினைத்த பிழைக்கு இரங்கித் தன் கண்ணிலிருந்து முத்தை உதிர்த்து ஆரமாக்கின அப்பொழுதே அவனை அம்பிகைதான் மன்னித்துவிட்டாளே!

He was amazed. The longing for Ambigai's old nose pierced today is now gone. It started shining like a star in Ambigai's Thirunasi.

Pandian accepted this decision. The whole world accepted it. Can you make such nose dirty with your eyes and comments? Say it. Isn't that a sin?

இறைவன் நம் எல்லாருக்கும் சொந்தமானவர், அவரைத் தீவிரமாக பிரார்த்தனை செய்பவர்களுக்கு அவரது தரிசனம் மிக விரைவாக கிடைக்கும்.இன்றைய நற்சிந்தனைகளின் வழி நடப்போம்..

அஹோபில மடத்தின் 44வது பட்டமாக வீற்றிருந்த அழகிய சிங்கர் முக்கூர் சுவாமிகளால் அருளப்பட்ட மந்திரம் இது. இந்த ஸ்லோகத்தைச் சொல்லும்போது, லட்சுமி நரசிம்மரின் முன் விளக்கேற்றி, காய்ச்சி ஆற வைத்த பசும்பால் அல்லது பானகம் நைவேத்யம் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

இப்பிரசாதத்தை குடும்பத்தினர் அனைவரும் சாப்பிட்டு வரவேண்டும். கைமேல் பலன் தரும் சக்தி வாய்ந்த ஸ்லோகம் இது. 48 நாட்களுக்குள் எண்ணிய செயல் கைகூடி விடும். அதன் பிறகு நரசிம்மர் கோயிலில் சுவாமிக்கு நெய்தீபம் ஏற்றி துளசிமாலை சாத்தி வழிபட வேண்டும்.

கடன், நோய், திருமணத்தடை, குழந்தை பாக்கியம், வேலை வாய்ப்பு, வேலையில் இடைஞ்சல் இன்னும் எந்த வித கோரிக்கைக்காகவும் இந்த பிரபத்தியைச் சொல்லலாம். பால், பானகம் வைக்க வசதிப்படாதவர்கள் தண்ணீரை வைத்தாலே போதும். நரசிம்மர் மனம் உவந்து ஏற்பார்.

All the family members should eat this prasadam. This is a powerful slogan that gives benefits on hands. In 48 days counted action will come in handy. After that, we have to light Nideepam to Swami in Narasimha temple and worship Tulasimalai.
